The Security Passphrase is the master password for your account with
DMG. It is there for your protection and security. The Security
Passphrase will be requested by the DMGi team before any changes are
made to your account or before private information is given out over the
phone or in an email. For this reason it is important to keep this safe
and secure.

  If you need to change your Security Passphrase just log on to “My Dial” with the Username as your company account id, as printed at the top of your last invoice, and your current Security Passphrase. Alternatively fax a new Security Passphrase and reminder to the DMGi support team on 0700 5963109, we will can you back on the contact telephone numbers we have on file for you.
