Many of our customers value the convenience, not only of having their hosted services local to their offices, but also no longer having to fight their way through London should they need to work directly on their systems. Technical Support

Here at DMGi, we are proud of our Technical Support team, and the service they provide to our customers. We have a policy of not operating a support call-centre. Instead, your support calls are answered directly by our Technical team - the same team that looks after the Data Centre and both our servers and our customers servers. There are no call sheets or scripts in use here at DMGi.
