The key members of our Technical Support team are: Blane Bramble (MBCS CITP) - Head of Business Networks Blane has worked in IT for over 15 years, including time spent working in the Oil and Banking industries. Now Head of Business Networks, he has been at Dial Media Group for 5 years, and is responsible for the Datacentre and Hosting division. Blane is a Member of the British Computer Society with Chartered IT Professional status. Darren Snee - Senior System Administrator Darren's experiences span both the System Administration and Software Development fields, having spent the last 10 years in a mixture of both roles, and has returned to Dial Media Group after a four year stint in the Buiness Continuity market. In addition, his presence brings loud motorbikes and quiet T'ai Chi back to the office. Holly Udobang - System Administrator Holly has worked in the IT department for just over a year, but in that short space of time she has come to the conclusion that she is a 'techie at heart', and has at last found her true calling. Holly's role is to handle all customers enquiries, domain accounts, and sets up email accounts. Stephen Richards - 1st Line Engineer After completing his GNVQ at Farnborough college of Technology Stephen has been looking into starting his career in the IT industry. Stephen joined DMG to advance his skills and knowledge even more in the 1st line engineer position. Stephen has interests in gaming, racing and the RC scene.
