SMTP TCP port: 25 or 587

E-mail Address: Supplied by DMGi

Username: Supplied by DMGi in the Format of "diXXXX" Where "XXXX" is a Number.

Password: Supplied by DMGi

Step by Step Guide

Open Outlook 6.

Click "Tools" then "Accounts...", you will be presented with the following window, from here click on the "Add" button on the right hand side and choose the sub option "Mail".

On the next screen filll in the name you would like recipients to see when you send them an email, click "Next" when you are satisfied.

Now fill in your email address, if you dont know this please contact DMGi support for the details, click "Next" when you have done this,

You will now be asked to select your server type and enter the corresponding details. You may choose either POP3 or IMAP as your incoming mail server. POP3 will download directly to your mail client, while IMAP will be stored on the DMGi mail servers. There is a 500Mb limit on all mail accounts. In either case your incoming server should be "pop3.dialin.co.uk" and your outgoing server should be "smtpauth.dialin.co.uk", click "Next" to proceed.

Your next step is to enter your Username and Password, these are supplied by DMGi with the username in the format of diXXXX where XXXX is a number, complete this page and click "Next".

Congratulations you have now complete your e-mail setup for Outlook Express 6 click "Finish" to complete the process.
