As part of the service we keep standby equipment ready in the data centre to be used in the event of a major failure of any server. This means that if, for example, your server was to suffer a major hardware failure we would be able to swap the disks into a spare chassis and have the server up an running again very rapidly and with minimal disruption.

In addition to that, all of our physical servers are monitored by our automated test harness and technicians will be alerted to an issue and will respond or schedule recovery at your earliest convenience.

A fully dedicated server could be used to host resource-intensive and highly active web sites, host corporate email, or to resell and host thousands of web sites.
